Coger y Llevar is a family-run company that stores and distributes perishable goods, mostly fruit and vegetables, and operates in the Madrid region from its facilities in Mercamadrid.
The company, which currently has 30 employees, was founded in 1982 with different fruit and vegetable shops and establishments in Madrid. With this specialisation based on knowledge of fruit, in 2003 the second generation of the family decided to turn the business around by developing storage and distribution services for these products through quality, exclusive and 100% specialised treatment.
Nowadays Coger y Llevar, as well as being the exclusive platform for many of its clients in Madrid, is also an Authorised Local for Export Goods (LAME), providing a safe and regulated storage space in which goods can be prepared and handled for their subsequent international transport, as well as an Accredited Air Cargo Agent guaranteeing the security of air goods in its facilities, in addition to transport and delivery in the same cargo terminal.
